FAQ

What is the Storage Time?
Storage Time is the time interval between the trailing edge of the input pulse to the 90% of the maximum value of the output in a BJT. Storage Time is usually measured using the Second for Time. Note that the value of Storage Time is always positive.
Can the Storage Time be negative?
No, the Storage Time, measured in Time cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Storage Time?
Storage Time is usually measured using the Second[s] for Time. Millisecond[s], Microsecond[s], Nanosecond[s] are the few other units in which Storage Time can be measured.
