FAQ

What is the Shaft Speed?
The Shaft Speed is the speed of rotation of the Shaft. Shaft Speed is usually measured using the Revolution per Second for Frequency. Note that the value of Shaft Speed is always positive.
Can the Shaft Speed be negative?
No, the Shaft Speed, measured in Frequency cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Shaft Speed?
Shaft Speed is usually measured using the Revolution per Second[rev/s] for Frequency. Hertz[rev/s], Petahertz[rev/s], Terahertz[rev/s] are the few other units in which Shaft Speed can be measured.
