FAQ

What is the Saturation Time?
Saturation Time is the time it takes for a MOSFET’s output voltage to reach a specified level (Vout,fd) in the saturation region, after receiving an input signal. Saturation Time is usually measured using the Second for Time. Note that the value of Saturation Time is always negative.
Can the Saturation Time be negative?
Yes, the Saturation Time, measured in Time can be negative.
What unit is used to measure Saturation Time?
Saturation Time is usually measured using the Second[s] for Time. Millisecond[s], Microsecond[s], Nanosecond[s] are the few other units in which Saturation Time can be measured.
