FAQ

What is the Resistance?
Resistance of infinite bus is a parameter used in mathematical models to account for voltage drops and losses in the transmission network. Resistance is usually measured using the Ohm for Electric Resistance. Note that the value of Resistance is always negative.
Can the Resistance be negative?
Yes, the Resistance, measured in Electric Resistance can be negative.
What unit is used to measure Resistance?
Resistance is usually measured using the Ohm[Ω] for Electric Resistance. Megohm[Ω], Microhm[Ω], Volt per Ampere[Ω] are the few other units in which Resistance can be measured.
