FAQ

What is the Primary Voltage?
Primary Voltage means the level of voltage at facilities at which electric power is taken or delivered, generally at a level between 12 kV and 33 kV, but always between 2 kV and 50 kV. Primary Voltage is usually measured using the Volt for Electric Potential. Note that the value of Primary Voltage is always positive.
Can the Primary Voltage be negative?
No, the Primary Voltage, measured in Electric Potential cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Primary Voltage?
Primary Voltage is usually measured using the Volt[V] for Electric Potential. Millivolt[V], Microvolt[V], Nanovolt[V] are the few other units in which Primary Voltage can be measured.
