What is the Power?
Power is the rate at which electric energy is transferred or converted, typically measured in watts, and is a fundamental concept in electric circuits. Power is usually measured using the Watt for Power. Note that the value of Power is always positive.
Can the Power be negative?

What unit is used to measure Power?
