FAQ

What is the Polarization?
Polarization is the electric dipole moment per unit volume induced in a dielectric material in response to an applied electric field. Polarization is usually measured using the Coulomb Square Centimeter per Volt for Polarizability. Note that the value of Polarization is always positive.
Can the Polarization be negative?
No, the Polarization, measured in Polarizability cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Polarization?
Polarization is usually measured using the Coulomb Square Centimeter per Volt[C*cm²/V] for Polarizability. Coulomb Square Meter per Volt[C*cm²/V] are the few other units in which Polarization can be measured.
