What is the Payload?
Payload of a passenger aircraft is the total weight of cargo plus additional passengers being carried in the airplane. Payload is usually measured using the Kilogram for Weight. Note that the value of Payload is always positive.
Can the Payload be negative?
No, the Payload, measured in Weight cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Payload?
Payload is usually measured using the Kilogram[kg] for Weight. Gram[kg], Milligram[kg], Ton (Metric)[kg] are the few other units in which Payload can be measured.
