FAQ

What is the K value?
K value in power law, which approximates the region of the true stress–strain curve from the onset of plastic deformation to the point at which necking begins. K value is usually measured using the Megapascal for Pressure. Note that the value of K value is always negative.
Can the K value be negative?
Yes, the K value, measured in Pressure can be negative.
What unit is used to measure K value?
K value is usually measured using the Megapascal[MPa] for Pressure. Pascal[MPa], Kilopascal[MPa], Bar[MPa] are the few other units in which K value can be measured.
