Force is any interaction that, when unopposed, will change the motion of an object. In other words, a force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity. Force is usually measured using the Newton for Force. Note that the value of Force is always positive.
Can the Force be negative?

What unit is used to measure Force?
Force is usually measured using the Newton[N] for Force. Exanewton[N], Meganewton[N], Kilonewton[N] are the few other units in which Force can be measured.
