What is the File Size?
The File size is the amount of data stored in a file, or the measure of space consumed by a file on a storage medium such as an internal/external drive, network drive, FTP server or cloud. File Size is usually measured using the Bit for Data Storage. Note that the value of File Size is always positive.
Can the File Size be negative?
No, the File Size, measured in Data Storage cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure File Size?
File Size is usually measured using the Bit[bits] for Data Storage. Nibble[bits], Byte[bits], Character[bits] are the few other units in which File Size can be measured.
