Decimal Count is an indirect system of yarn numbering and calculation system is the count of yarn expresses the number of length units in one weight unit. Higher the count finer is the yarn. Decimal Count is usually measured using the Yard per Grain for Indirect Yarn Count. Note that the value of Decimal Count is always positive.
