FAQ

What is the Channel Resistance?
Channel Resistance refers to the resistance offered by the semiconductor material in the channel through which the current flows between the source and drain terminals. Channel Resistance is usually measured using the Ohm for Electric Resistance. Note that the value of Channel Resistance is always positive.
Can the Channel Resistance be negative?
No, the Channel Resistance, measured in Electric Resistance cannot be negative.
What unit is used to measure Channel Resistance?
Channel Resistance is usually measured using the Ohm[Ω] for Electric Resistance. Megohm[Ω], Microhm[Ω], Volt per Ampere[Ω] are the few other units in which Channel Resistance can be measured.
